I hope you enjoyed your summer and read some great books! We have made some changes to the library, and we are ready for a great year.
ATTENTION -- DRAWING CONTEST!
Our theme in the library this year is READING IS POWER. During the month of August, we are holding a drawing contest to see who can design the best book-reading fox superhero. The design must be on a plain white 8 1/2 & 11 piece of paper, and be submitted to Mrs. Muster or Ms. Johnson by August 31. Entries will be judged on adherence to the theme, originality, and usability. (We want something we can use on bulletin boards and t-shirts, so nothing too complicated). The winner will be announced the first week of September and will receive a $20 bookfair voucher. 2nd place ($10) and 3rd place ($5) winners may be selected based on the number of participants.
