The BMS Library Commons has graciously purchased Kindle e-readers to broaden the variety of literature to choose from and to eliminate the problem of limited copies of titles.

Amazon describes the Kindle as "a convenient, portable reading device. A student can highlight sections of text, make notes, or even making a clipping of the entire page...In addition, unfamiliar words can be instantly defined using the on-board dictionary."

Kindles are available to any student who does not have any overdue books and does not owe any library fines. He or she must also have this signed permission form on file with Mrs. Muster or Ms. Johnson. The technology must be returned in the same condition as it was received, or students must compensate the school for their cost.
